People use to enjoy a lively political debate, because you could from someone by talking things over, arguing with someone, possibly swaying someone or get them to consider an alternate point of view, yes it took an amazing amount of patience, but sometimes you would change someone’s beliefs.
I do not know if it is just the crowd that I currently run with, or perhaps the new world order has truly taken over, but it just seems like nobody (and I do mean nobody) ever looks at the big picture anymore. Where can you find anyone these days who has their own original thoughts and ideas? Where are the rugged individualists who have a sense of exactly what the right thing to do is, and then just go out there and do it?"
